Knowing where to find your Sensor ID number helps to communicate when an issue occurs for support. It is also important to confirm the physical ID number found on the sensor with the platform (desktop and/or mobile) in cases where the sensor was removed but will be re-installed in the same place. For example, this commonly occurs when sensors are removed for aerification and stored for next field season.

Physical Sensor ID:

The ID is located directly under the QR code on the device.

Desktop Application Sensor ID Location:

Select the toggle push pin icon to turn on the sensor map locations

Zoom in and select the desired sensor

Select the black box of the desired sensor, in this case 9-ML

The sensor ID is located in the popup window of the 9-ML sensor in the bottom left corner and highlighted with a yellow arrow.

Mobile Application Sensor ID Location:

On the home page of the mobile application, select the map layer button and then the data option.

Select the push pin icon that appears in the top left corner of the screen.

On the map, zoom into the sensor you desire to find the Sensor ID number for and select the individual icon related to that sensor on the map.

Select the black box of the desired sensor, in this case 9-ML and then in the pop up window that appears, you see in this example the highlighted Sensor ID in the bottom left corner of the right image with the arrow point towards it.
